Clean recordings without building a plugin chain
Most voice work does not need a bespoke signal chain. It needs the same handful of corrections applied consistently: less noise, less room, an even level, a sensible final loudness. That is true whether you are a voice artist recording from a treated booth, a narrator working from a spare room, or someone producing corporate explainers and video narration on a deadline.
Optivox does that pass on upload, so a recording is ready to send without opening an editor.
What Optivox can clean up
- Background noise from fans, air conditioning, traffic and computers.
- Reverb and the boxy sound of an untreated room.
- Tonal balance, so a voice is neither thin nor muddy.
- Uneven levels across a long read.
- Unwanted sounds such as clicks, where the material allows it.
- Optional breath reduction and filler-word removal.
- A final mastering pass and WAV or MP3 output.
Some things belong at the recording stage instead. Heavy sibilance and plosives are easier to avoid with better mic placement than to repair afterwards.
Keep the voice natural
The aim is your voice, cleaned up. Nothing is synthesised, no voice is cloned, and the processing is deliberately restrained so a read still sounds like a person in a room rather than a heavily gated, over-processed edit. Clients notice the second one.
Useful for repeat client work
When the same process runs on every file, deliveries sound alike from job to job. That consistency is what regular clients quietly rely on, and it removes the post-production hour that usually sits between finishing a read and sending it.
Confidential client work
Scripts and recordings are frequently under NDA. We do not train models on your audio, we do not clone voices, uploads are deleted after processing and finished files are removed after the retention period. Read our confidentiality commitments.
