Terms of Service

Optivox is an online audio enhancement tool. You upload an audio file, we process it using third-party audio processing infrastructure, and you download an enhanced version. Processing minutes ("credits") are consumed when a job completes successfully.

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload audio you do not own or have permission to process.
• Upload material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell credits or access to the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

You retain all rights to the audio you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that audio solely to provide the Service. Input files are deleted immediately after processing. Output files are kept for 7 days and then deleted.

Credits are purchased in bundles (see the pricing page). Credits do not expire. A credit is consumed when a processing job completes successfully; failed jobs do not consume credits. New accounts receive 10 free minutes as a welcome bonus.

All purchases are final. See our refund policy for details. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may change these terms by posting an updated version on this page; continued use after changes means you accept them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that processing results will meet your expectations or that the Service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing us. We may terminate your account if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
