How credits work
What is a credit?
One credit is one minute of finished audio. A 40 minute file uses 40 credits, a 17 minute file uses 17. Nothing is charged for uploading, and a job that fails is refunded automatically.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them, whether that is this week or next year. There is no subscription and no monthly minimum.
What do I get for each minute?
Full mastering: noise and reverb reduction, tonal balance, speaker levelling, and loudness normalisation to your platform's target. You download the result as a WAV or an MP3, and finished files stay available for seven days.
Can I get a refund?
Unused purchases are reviewed case by case, and billing errors or duplicate charges are always put right. Used credits are not refundable. Try the free minutes on a real file first so you know the result before you buy. If something has gone wrong with a charge, get in touch through the contact page and we will sort it out.
