Optivox sells prepaid processing credits in bundles. Please read this policy before purchasing.
All purchases are final
Credit purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed. This applies to all bundles (Starter, Pro, and Studio) and to any future top-ups, whether or not the credits have been used.
Credits never expire, so unused credits remain on your account indefinitely and can be used at any time.
Try before you buy
Every new account starts with 10 free minutes. We strongly recommend processing a sample of your own audio with the free credits before purchasing a bundle, so you can confirm the output quality meets your needs.
Failed jobs
If a job fails for any reason, no credits are deducted for that job. You don't need to ask for a refund — your balance is automatically preserved.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge for a bundle that was never credited to your account), email oscar@optivox.app within 30 days of the charge with your receipt. We'll investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
